In-house Courses

Our In-house courses enable organisations to offer an internal solution to management and personal development needs. Client needs are met by using either pre-designed programmes and workshops or tailor-made solutions.

Learning Bites

Our pre-designed 2-hour Learning Bites compliment the longer In-house courses by increasing access to management and personal development for busy people who cannot afford to spend 2-4 days away from their desks.

 

Coaching

Our Executive and Performance Coaching services are 1 on 1 client-centred interventions of typically 3-6 x 1½ hr coaching sessions.  Individuals at all levels can benefit from our qualified coaches expertise in facilitating a solutions-focussed process which transforms an individual's current performance into their future potential.
