Alison joined the BSTMS London team in the spring of 2002 after a career in Personnel and Training which culminated in two and a half years as European HR Manager for Kodak Ltd.

Alison specialises in those types of training/learning needs which require an understanding of Human Resource issues such as Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management Systems, Mentoring, psychometric testing and assessment centres.

Since joining BSTMS Alison has delivered Recruitment Interviewing Skills, Goal Setting workshops and Appraisal Interviewing courses for Standard Bank Ltd, Interviewing Skills Workshops for Deutsche Bank and been involved in Psychometric Testing for the assessment of new recruits and the development of existing work groups for another large London wholesale bank. She has also designed and delivered courses for BP, HSBC and Proctor & Gamble.

As well as her practical day-to-day training commitments, Alison lectures on a Masters Level Human Resource Management Programme, which gives her insight into strategic HR Planning and Delivery.

Alison has a lively, enthusiastic and involving training style. People remark on her ability to motivate people to look at their challenges positively and turn their ideas into actions while having an enjoyable learning experience.

Alison is fully qualified to deliver SHL levels one and two, PRISM Level 2, and the MBTI. She is a CIPD member.
