Marie joined the New York BSTMS team in 1998. She has broad experience in training and organizational development with a strong skill base in written and oral communications, research, design and delivery of corporate learning programs.
Marie's management experience includes over 11 years leading a team of H.R. professionals in a multi-national company. She has worked as an external training consultant for 2 years before becoming an associate consultant for BSTMS in the U.S. Marie holds the Change Management Leadership Certificate from the N.T.L Institute for Applied Behavioral Science. She has a Human Resources Administration Certificate and belongs to a number of Professional Associations including the A.M.A.
Marie brings experience, skill, understanding and energy to all her programs and workshops that earn her the highest praise from her course participants and clients.
Marie’s recent projects have involved the rollout of a manager’s program for Boston-based Investment Management organization.
