Rosanne Bernard joined BSTMS in October 2006 and brings 18 years of experience working in Human Resources as a Manager, trainer and coach. Her substantial experience has been gained working in blue chip companies in the UK and in the public sector.

Rosanne has worked at a strategic level within organisations and also has operational experience. She brings enthusiasm, pragmatism and a real understanding of the challenges facing businesses today.

Rosanne is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a Business Practitioner in NLP and has a background in Transactional Analysis.

Rosanne is also a qualified coach through the Coaches Training Institute and has graduated from the Solutions Focus Professional Training programme. She also uses a number of psychometric instruments such as OPQ/MBTI/TMSDI.

Rosanne's recent projects have included delivering Recruitment and Selection Interviewing skills courses to the Managers of a South African Investment Bank in the Isle of Man and Jersey, and delivering personal effectiveness courses for the graduate intake of a large American Investment Bank.
