Andy Mutter, BSTMS Managing Director and founding member, began his career as a Consultant in 1989. Having realised his potential as both an accomplished consultant and leader, he is now proud to figurehead a company whose brand is synonymous with quality, flexibility, creativity and innovation.

As a facilitator and learning professional Andy has worked for 17 years with top global Investment banks. He has designed and delivered Firstline, Middle and Senior Management level programmes in London, New York, Baltimore, Brussels, Rome, Milan, Frankfurt, Moscow and Tel Aviv.
Recent projects in Investment Banking have included delivering a global Fundamentals of Management Programme, Facilitating focus groups for senior managers, presenting short interactive sessions on Change and Better Management and instructing on a new Competency Management Framework.
Andy's ability to work with people in an enjoyable and productive way is proven by his track record and constant stream of referrals from delighted clients. His strengths are his depth of knowledge of a wide range of organizations, his ability to understand complex organisational issues and his capacity to fashion relevant, practical and enjoyable sessions, workshops and programmes to meet individual, team and organisational learning and development needs.
Andy has a degree in Politics and Economics, and a Teaching Diploma from the University of London. For his services to learning and education, Andy was made a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts in 1995 and he is included in the 2007 International Who’s Who in Executives & Professionals.
