Deepak joined the BSTMS team as our cross-cultural communication expert in June 2003.
Formerly commercial director for a large multi-national company in Geneva, Deepak has a wealth of experience based upon fifteen years of international and cross-cultural business dealings.
Deepak's assignments for BSTMS have included working with Investment Banking managers who need to establish and build working relationships with Smartsourced staff in India.
His one-day Cross Cultural Awareness workshops, "Cross Cultural Awareness: India" have been welcomed and greatly appreciated by participants who are at the forefront of strategic business changes which require managing remote and culturally different teams.
Deepak is of Indian origin and has lived in the Far East for fourteen years and Switzerland for fourteen years. He speaks six languages and is included in the International Who's Who of professionals (2001).
Deepak is co-author of the published book on doing business across borders "The British and How to Deal with Them" (Middlesex University Press Oct 2001).
