Amie Goad joined the New York BSTMS team in 2000 to assist in the delivery of Firstline Manager development for our US Clients. She has 10 years experience in providing management and organizational effectiveness consulting, instructional design, and learning programs delivery services to fortune 500 companies such as JP MorganChase. Aon Insurance, Federal Express, Fleet Bank, KPMG Coopers & Lybrand, The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company, and The Council on International Educational Exchange.

Prior to becoming a Learning and Development Consultant, Amie developed expertise in organizational development, marketing, product management and client service as an officer of the Chase Manhattan Bank. As the Training and Recruiting Manager for Chase InfoServ International's 10 month Associate Development Management Program, she was responsible for all aspects of business needs assessment, curriculum planning, budgeting, learning, associate development and college recruiting. She was responsible for designing and delivering such courses as Managing Corporate Expectations, Business Ethics, Product Management & Marketing Techniques, Conflict Management and Negotiation Skills, and SPIN Selling. She also acted as primary advisor/development counselor for the associate participants.

Amie brings a great deal of experience, knowledge and her understanding of the organizational challenges that face managers in the fast moving financial services industry.

Amie has a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies from the University of Virginia. She studied Mandarin Chinese language, and lived and worked abroad in Taiwan as part of her studies.

Her recent projects with BSTMS have involved the development of new graduates for Merrill Lynch Investment Management in Princeton NJ, the facilitation of a workshop to introduce a new Performance Management Process for Standard Bank in NYC and the co-tutoring of the 3 day New Manager Program for Deutsche Bank.
