Bookings can be made via the:

Payment Methods

On receipt of a booking BSTMS will issue an acknowledgement letter and an invoice by post. Payments can be made by cheque or by BACS

BSTMS reserves the right to re-allocate reserved places on a course if payment is not received in full within 14 days of the course start date. A place on a course is not confirmed until payment has been received by BSTMS in full and confirmation has been received by the delegate or the delegate's representative.

VAT

All prices are subject to VAT at standard rate.

Joining Instructions and Prework

Joining instructions and prework will be sent to the delegate via email at least 7 working days prior to the course start date.

Group Size

Groups sizes will be kept to a maximum of 9 participants to encourage a high level of interaction.

Cancellations

Cancellations made on or within 15 working days prior to the course start date will incur 100% of the advertised fee.

Cancellations made 16 working days or more prior to the course start date will be refunded in full. Cancellations may be made by telephone but must be confirmed in writing as well.

BSTMS reserves the right to cancel at any time if it is not considered viable to run a scheduled course. As a result, BSTMS' liability will be restricted to a full refund of any fees paid to us. BSTMS is not liable for any consequential loss such as pre-paid travel or resource cover.

Change of Delegate

A change of delegate can be made at anytime prior to the course start date.

Transferring

We regret that delegates cannot transfer their booking to another course at this time.

Course Content

Course aim, objectives and outline information offers a loose guide as to the course content. BSTMS reserves the right to alter the course content at anytime to better fit the needs of the delegates in attendance.

Delegate Actions

BSTMS' cannot accept responsibility for any loss incurred by the actions of delegates post attending a course.

Course Timings

Courses start at 09:30 and finish at approximately 17:00. Tea, coffee, fruit juice, water and biscuits will be available from 09:10 and throughout the day. Lunch is provided at a local restaurant.

All menus include a vegetarian option. If you have any special dietary requirements please let us know when making your booking.

Special Requirements

Our venue has full disabled access. Please let us know of anything that we can do to maximise the delegate's learning experience and comfort.

Dress Code

Smart casual.

Certificates

Certificates will be provided at the end of every course.
